Dictating using a Standard Telephone
The following includes
information on how to use a standard telephone to dictate reports on the
Enterprise Express Voice system.
Access the Enterprise Express
Voice system
- Access the Enterprise Express Voice (EXVoice) system
by:
a)
Dialing the extension from inside the
facility*

2-3821 for dial-in number
b)
Once connected, the initial greeting
"Thank you for calling the Enterprise Express voice system" plays.
- When prompted, enter your User ID and press the pound
[#] key.
Note: When you are
prompted to enter information and your entry is incorrect, press [*#] to
reenter the information, or press [*1] to back up to the previous prompt.
- If prompted for your Site ID, enter 3 and press the
pound [#] key.
Note: This will
only happen if there is another user in Site 2 that shares the same ID
number as you.
- When prompted, enter your Password and press the pound
[#] key.
- When prompted for your one-digit Profile Number, enter
2 (Telephone).
- When prompted, enter the Work Type and press the pound
[#] key.
- When prompted, enter the Accession Number (Numeric
value only beginning with the year: 0512345) and press the pound [#] key.
Note: When all
prompted entries are complete, you will hear "To begin recording, press 2."
Keypad Features
Pause
- Press [2] on the touch tone
keypad.

The “2” key is used as a toggle between record and
pause
Rewind & Listen to last 3
seconds - Press [3] on the touch tone keypad
Complete and begin a new
dictation - Press [8] on the touch-tone keypad.
Complete the dictation and log
off - Press [5] on the touch-tone keypad.
You will hear “Goodbye.”
